Horseback Riding Along the Machuca River

Your local guides will be waiting for you at the old corral of the Hacienda which once was a cattle farm.

Through open skies and shaded paths you will ride to "El Faro", the highest elevation during the tour, only 40 minutes from the starting point. Next you will descend to the Machuca River, riding along the rustic trails to enter the primary tropical dry forest. Here you will be able to see varied vegetation and exuberant local wildlife.

Continue the ride along the riverside where you can dismount to enjoy the waterfront. On the way back to the cattle farm, you will ride through a working mango plantation.
